Vacuum dry oven is designed especially for drying of material which is thermo-sensitive or decompounds and oxidative easily. It can be filled with inert gases, which is especially for a rapid drying of some compound material.It is widely used in medicine, metallurgy, electronic hardware, food, chemical industry, PCB baking and other industries.
Vacuum Oven Features:
●The boiling point of the liquid can be reduced in a vacuum environment. Vacuum drying can be applied to heat-sensitive materials, powder or other granular samples, which can effectively shorten the drying time.
●The heating element is located on the inner partition of the box body and the heating time is reduced by 50% compared with the traditional vacuum drying box (except 6050 series and 6250).
●LCD microcomputer intelligent PID temperature controller displays multiple sets of data, menu-type operation interface, simple and easy to use, precise temperature control and small fluctuations.
●It has functions such as temperature correction, over-temperature alarm, timing setting, call recovery, parameter memory, etc.
●The outer shell is made of cold-rolled steel plate, the surface adopts advanced spraying technology, the inner tank is made of stainless steel, and the four-corner semi-circular arc design is easy to clean.
●The insulation material between the working room and the outer box is made of glass fiber insulation material, the thickness of the insulation layer is thickened, the temperature insulation effect is good, the heat loss of the inner tank is small, the design between the working room and the outer box is reasonable, and the heat source loss is reduced. The double-layer tempered glass sealed door is convenient to observe the objects in the working room.
●The tightness of the box door can be adjusted arbitrarily, and the sealing ring is an integrally formed silicon rubber seal to ensure that the high vacuum in the box does not leak.
●The aluminum shelf stamped by a special process has high temperature non-oxidation and fast heat conduction.
●Storage, heating, testing and drying in a vacuum environment filled with inert gas will not cause oxidation.
