Application software part:
1. Measurement and evaluation of geometric elements:
1) Flexible positioning: alignment, rotation, zero setting, translation and storage and retrieval of the coordinate system.
2) Geometric element measurement and evaluation: point, straight line, plane, circle, ellipse, intersection, distance, symmetry, vertical, included angle.
3) Evaluation of form and position errors: straightness, flatness, and roundness.
4) Evaluation of position errors: parallelism, perpendicularity, inclination, concentricity (concentricity), symmetry, position degree, end face beating, full beating.
2. It can automatically program and measure to improve work efficiency.
3. Save and print measurement results and measurement reports. The output format of the measurement report is DXF, Word, Excel, TX, etc.

(2) Macro measurement function
The macro measurement function is to associate some measurement and construction commands to a button. Click the button to start the macro measurement function. The macro measurement function will automatically complete the construction action, reducing the number of times the user operates the mouse and improving work efficiency.
It should be noted that: Macro measurement is different from the user program function. Macro measurement does not record the measurement status of light source, coordinate position, etc. When running the macro measurement function, the workbench will not be moved, lighting, etc. The software provides 16 groups of macro measurement functions, and users can edit the icons of the macro measurement function buttons by themselves.
