Shore C Durometer Foam Material Hardness Tester For Rubber Plastic 100HC
Application :
Rubber hardness tester is an instrument for measuring the hardness of vulcanized rubber and plastic products.Type A and type D are suitable for testing the hardness of rubber and plastic materials with low and medium hardness and high hardness respectively.Type C is suitable for testing the hardness of microporous materials for shoes made of rubber and plastic with foaming agent when the compression rate is 50% and the stress is above 0.049mpa.The hardness tester is subject to GB/T531, GB2411, HG/T2489 and JB6148.
Specifications:
1. Measurement range: 0-100 degrees
2. Measurement error: within 20-90 degrees, the error is ≤±1 degree
3. Resolution: 0.1 degree
4. Needle stroke: 0-2.5mm
5. Pin end pressure: type A, type C: 0.55n-8.05N, type D: 0-44.5N
Operation Method for durometer:
Place the sample on a firm surface, hold the durometer, and press the pressing foot on the sample smoothly, at least 12mm from the edge of the sample, so that the pressing needle is pressed vertically into the sample until the foot is in full contact with the sample within 1s.Hardness values were measured at different positions at least 6mm apart for 5 times, and their average values were taken (microporous material measuring points at least 15mm apart). In order to stabilize the measuring conditions and improve the measuring accuracy, the hardness tester should be measured on the same type of measuring frame produced in a complete set.
